Introduction
Tailai Xingtai Biomass Cogeneration Project is located in the Southern Industrial Park of Tailai County, Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province. 40 MW extraction condensing turbo-generator set.
Background
What is a cooling tower?
Commonly found in power plants, cooling towers are devices that use water as a circulating coolant to absorb heat from the system and discharge it into the atmosphere to lower the water temperature.

The circulating water used for cooling in the cooling tower is generally recycled water.
Reclaimed water refers to the beneficial use of urban domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, etc., which have been properly treated to meet certain water quality indicators, can meet certain user requirements, and replace tap water and surface natural water for non-drinking purposes.

Why not just use tap water?
To put it simply, the price of industrial water is calculated at 1.75 per ton. If the project uses 6 million tons of water a year, the water fee will be as high as 10.5 million yuan. By using recycled water, this cost can be saved, which can not only take into account economic benefits but also achieve environmental benefits.

It is worth mentioning that the quality of reclaimed water is high, and all aspects of treatment must be strictly controlled to avoid the negative impact of unqualified reclaimed water on the ecological environment and production safety.

We have accumulated a huge customer base and practical experience in water and water treatment and can provide users with one-stop process automation solutions to make the water treatment process monitoring more accurate, efficient, and comprehensive.

At present, a series of process instruments such as Supmea electromagnetic flowmeter and a dissolved oxygen meter is used in the municipal sewage recycling and treatment project in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang, providing guarantee for the top 100 projects in Heilongjiang Province - Tailai Jiuzhou Xingtai Biomass Cogeneration Project.
