Advantages: If the amount of alkali liquor is not measured, the excessive alkali may lead to strong alkalinity, the transition of alkali washing, and the poor effect of alkali washing.

4. Three-stage Countercurrent Rinsing (Treatment of Wastewater Containing Chromium and Zinc)

It means that the moving direction of the workpiece is opposite to the direction of water flow. In this way, the workpiece is washed with dirty water first and then with clean water, which can not only save water but also clean it. Therefore, the moving direction of the workpiece shall be observed first.
