Lin, the person in charge of the after-sales service department of Supmea, could not sit still for a moment when he learned that the component supplier had made minor adjustments to the hardware.

"For the adjustment of suppliers, we carried out strict laboratory tests for the first time and found that there was a probability of failure. Although the probability was very small, it was reported to the company, and decided to recall all or assist customers on site." Lin said.

However, during the recall process, it was found that 200 flowmeters were located in Egypt thousands of miles away. The production line transformation project is about to start, and the recall is obviously impossible.

With the cooperation of the Business Department, the Foreign Trade Department, the After-sales Service Department, the Warehousing and Logistics Department, and other departments, more than 200 replacement devices quickly took off and went to Egypt.

I thought everything would go well, but something went wrong. Lin introduced that the unstable situation of Egypt's customs led to the delay in customs clearance of these components. In order to ensure that the customer project is foolproof, it is urgent to come up with another set of solutions.

After a discussion with the customer, it was decided to send another batch on the same day. Supmea Xiaoshan Factory, warehousing, and logistics work overtime. At 2:00 a.m., 200 new electromagnetic flowmeters were packed and airlifted to Egypt.

"200 flowmeters, weighing more than 2 tons, cost only 10000 yuan to go by sea, but there is less than a month left before the user's acceptance and commencement, so we resolutely chose air transportation. Although the cost is more than 100000, this is the fastest and most effective solution to solve the user's hidden danger." Lin said that with the careful cooperation of his partners, the customs clearance was very smooth this time. One week of arrival, one week of customs clearance, and one week of commissioning. At present, all equipment has been installed.

Lin breathed a sigh of relief when he learned that the construction of the customer's project had met expectations and that there were no problems. "It is our bounden duty to think what our customers want, to meet their needs, and to provide services and create value for them." He said.

Adhering to the mission of "Let the world use good Chinese instruments", Supmea has now spread its business to 127 countries and regions around the world, with more than 600000 users in total. Supmea never stops creating value for customers and creating better value to meet and exceed their expectations!
