Selection of Flow Measurement Instruments (Part 2)
Flow parameter is one of the four important parameters in the process of industrial production detection, and it is also the most difficult parameter to measure. At home and abroad, the throttle device represented by an orifice plate, nozzle, and Venturi tube was the earliest to be used as the flow measurement element, and the differential pressure flowmeter was composed of a pressure guide pipe and a differential pressure transmitter, which was used as the measurement standard. That is, without experimental calibration, the relationship between differential pressure and flow was determined by looking up the table and calculating, and the measurement error could be estimated.
